About this hike
Tosa Kokubunji, on Manizan in Nankoku, was built in the 8th century by Emperor Shomu as a provincial temple. Its five-story pagoda once stood as a landmark. The hike here is about 2 km and takes an hour. We recommend this hike for its historical importance and traditional temple design.
